In numerous laboratory lessons, students study what they have learned in lectures.
The Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology has developed new bachelor's programs and now offers the following:
Electrical Engineering - Industrial Automation
(starting with WS 2011/2012)
Electrical Engineering - Power Engineering and Renewable Energy
(starting with WS 2011/2012)
Electrical Engineering - Information Technology
The foundation courses (during first and second semester) are mostly comparable, at this stage students can still change program.
The Bachelor's degree programs at EIT Faculty take 7 semesters. The degree conferred is "Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.)". A compulsory traineeship semester is integrated.
